A Typical biss key for CCcam

I understand the 2600 is the CAID, the 0195 is the SID and the 00CD is the PMT but what is the 000000 and the 1FFF

No in CCcam 2.3 there is no Video Pid. Funny my Openbox S16 needs the V Pid. the Openbox s10 does not need it and all it uses is the CAID, The SID and CW
