5402 HD M2 problem

My 5402 has stopped opening Bulsat, can anyone tell me which patch is working please ?

There is no patch which will open Bulsat
only Softcam.key will open some channels on Bulsat 39e

You load it to your receiver using a stick usb.

Yes I have the latest softcam key but it is not working, so I wondered if I need a different version of the patch ? Anyone know which version is working please ?

on my Tm5402 M2 HD i have phantom latest patch version October 24th 2013 and latest softcam key
im watching EPL Game Everton v Swansea Nova sport 39e as i type which works fine

do complete factory re-set, switch off/on at back for 1 min then load fta official firmware, factory re-set again, off/on at back again then load latest @phantompatch, factory re-set, switch off/on at back then load latest softcam from @technomaker programme and re-scan the bulsat txp,s on 39east for good measure,regards mdt
