Not use cas3 with 3200 firmware. Cas3 can`t load new boot in to the cam.

WHY NOT CAS3?with pcmci is ok? when i try with cas you can't see the providers even the keys in the cam menu and its also said that i have to activate the loader.....!how can i do that?Thank's
