Lads, I have brought this back to the top to chat about the 2.4m dual axis Prodelin dish if butchy is OK with that, it is his topic as the O/P?

It looks like the 2.4m dual axis dish is the Prodelin 1244 model?
Design of the feed arm suggests it is offset focus?

The dual axis motorisation is by means of an actuator for elevation (inclined orbit tracking) and a slew drive for azimith (East/West)

Just to add, the Prodelin 2.4m setup also has motorised polarity skew on its existing feed assembly.

From experience. I would definitely not sand a fiberglass dish except to get it clean and with enough "tooth" for a good spray sealer to interface with the top coat.
To get the RF reflectivity they are metal powder sprayed. I know because a local manufacturer used the process on fiberglass dishes here. The bare 'glass was flame sprayed and then a gel coat and final coat was applied. The paint coat is inherently thin.

I finally set up my antenna, CM 2.4m. First, I installed the antenna with a classic LNB (Inverto Black Ultra) which was held on one rod, the signal was good but I thought it could be better, then we made a new LNB holder and the signal was slightly stronger. After that, I bought a Feedhorn and tried it with the Inverto Black Pro, and in the end, I decided to call the seller and buy the original sub-reflector that he had kept during the sale. The result is now very good. What I would like to do now is to make a motorized polar mount for the CM. Does anyone have a design for a motorized polar mount or any advice on how to best make this part?

is your KU Band 125cm dish offset or Prime Focus dish ??
IF its Offset dish which i suspect it is then you do not require a Feedhorn whatsoever .

Any good Universal LNB Will do the Job like this => OFFSET Dish LNB

you know what, I contacted the seller and the feed horn that is in the photo is intended for offset.I am not sure about the number of rings for what size satellite dish it is intended for.

looks like a bronze type clone of the Channel Master Feed Horn nothing wrong with it looks very good ,
it should work really on your 1.25m Offset Dish i would very strongly advise an Inverto Twin Flange LNB C120 to go with that Feedhorn
or if that works out too expensive the Single Inverto LNB C120 i believe they are both the Black Pro version even if it does not say so .

if you look very close at your picture you will see a small white round plastic piece that is placed around that feedhorn
that little white plastic bit is for your LNB Holder to allow the feedhorn to fit perfectly and not to move around freely .

For me The Inverto Twin Flange LNB C120 works out at €35 + delivery { €5 }
please do not be caught out with sellers overcharging i see some massive difference in price so be extra careful
some sat stores will seriously scam you i see some charging almost €100 plus which is indeed very sad to see ,
good luck @kozz90

What would be the possible gain going from 1.1m offset to a 1.2m fiber offset? I currently struggle to lock most 7E feeds (0.5-1db to Lock). Inverto Black Ultra LNB, dish and lnb adjusted to max. Should I go for 1.2 or look for a 1.5m option (rare to find any for sale)?

Current signal, ACB Basketball game on 7E:
