28E 11585H - no signal

Just need someone to confirm a signal after this recent change:
New frequency: Eutelsat 28A (28.2E), 11585.00MHz pol.H, DVB-S QPSK, SR:22000, FEC:5/6 (2014-06-26)
I'm getting nothing when scanning this transponder with those parameters but everything else on 28E is fine.
Clubland TV is supposed to have moved here (info from KingOfSat):
Eutelsat 28A (28.2°E), 2014-06-27•Sky Digital: New frequency for Clubland TV: 11585.00MHz, pol.H (DVB-S SR:22000 FEC:5/6 SID:55113 PID:2557/2558 English- Clear).

This signal is further East than the other satellites on Eutelsat 28A @ 28.5 east try moving your dish gradually towards 30 east if the signal improves then can either get your dish reset or live with the position being further east as it only seems to effect dishes over 80cm,
Mini dishes do not have a problem with this signal in my location.

Sorry if my question if out the subject does any one know the frequency of Boxnation hd I got it on my DM as 12515H.5/6. Symbol rate 22000 but still show service not found(sid not found in pat)

The reason u got " service not found(sid not found in pat) "
error message is because BoxNation HD is Not 24/7 channel ..infact it only broadcasts at weekends from 8pm
but only if there is a popular fight being broadcast otherwise it wont even be on air not even with a Test card .

Thanks guys - It's a 1.1m dish but reception is marginal due to dish location so a bit of a tweak further East is probably the answer. And maybe a bit of amateur tree surgery!
