The feeds in question are often 4:2:0, but, as I say, they either take a long time to clear or not at all, hence my attempting to enter the keys manually.

I had a similar problem on my Viark Sat 4K two or three months ago.
I had a firmware version that did not update biss keys at all, v1.16 if I remember correctly.
If you installed a newer version in your Viark, try to clean up the biss menu from all stored keys.
To make this, go to biss menu and press Recall. Confirm, then exit and try tuning a biss feed. It worked for me.

I used to have card sharing setup in like 2007, I thought it was totally finished hence IPTV streams.

Educating myself on viark which sounds great for football.

Card sharing is very much alive, although it must not be discussed on this forum.

Looks like some fellow United fans also - which is also good after we put in some questionable performances to share the pain ha.

So it looks like after doing some research (thanks everyone for answering my queries!) that a Viark box and a motorised dish of around 1M will do a good job.

My main & only use case is to watch all the English premier league matches, and champions league. Zero requirements or it to be in English comms, as long as I can grab the feed/game in the best possible pic (HD/FHD) I'm absolutely chuffed to bits. Basically footy is the only thing I'm keen to get access to - la liga / French league etc massive bonus.


2 x 4k Viark boxes and a motorised dish for 2 tv's downstairs sound like a good setup (sense check perspective)? ! Cheers!!

Viark Sat 4K. After USB Flash of a new software i make a Factory reset and install my backup channel list.
I have always the problem that I must rename my favourits. Is this normal?

USB Then save channel list to USB

If there's no SAT key you press EPG key instead.

I tried. Normaly my channel list have 13.1 MB
With this methode only 156.3 KB
ls this only the name of my favourites?

I have a 1,8 m kathrein dish and a lot of Channels.
Normaly ist needs a few minutes to Save the channel list.
Now only a few seconds. Ist this possible?
I‘m afraid to install this channel list
