Patching an original image for a 800 clone

Good afternoon, I read and searched to see if you can patch an original image to put it in a 800 clone, and so far have not succeeded, is coming out almost every day images patched.

It's just out of curiosity and do it, if someone has a manual or know how to do it, because we could use all learn.
