DM8000 HELP !!!

Hi
Could do with some input from you all.
I have a DM8000 which was working like a dream,but for the past couple of days have encounted a problem.I get majority of free channels but unable to get the pay channels the same error message keeps appearing,

NO DATA ON TRANSPONDER! (TIMEOUT READING PAT)

Unsure if this is a softwear problem or a problem with the tuner,have tryed most images and also different channel settings,but no joy.
Have run out of ideas to rectify this HELP!!
Wondered if anybody else has had this problem?

Strange you can see some channels and they happen to be the FTA ones. Are the channel you do see on both horizontal and vertical channels?

Have you tried manually scanning from both tuners A & B ?

the same problem have i too,
it is from the tuner!!!
when you make a new search after 1 hour or so,
then the channels are back.

dont search channels when clowning or rainy
it must be normally (sunny) weather.
