weak transponders 12.5W

with my dish 90x97 cm location NE Italy, I can't see transponder 12718 dvb-s2 on 12.5W atlantic bird,:mecry: the signal is not costant,and it's varying. the signal on other HD transponders is OK, as 11428 for example. so I think that the problem is the satellite.
is the same for all you ?

12718 H DVB-S2/8PSK MPEG-2/MPEG-4 Multistream

You need a special type of receiver for these multi-stream transponders that are used for DTT relays in Italy.

No Signal for me on that freq 12718 on 12.5W either ,
i can get good signal on 11428 aswell and many others just no signal either on 12718 .

i had the same problem, first i think problem is with dish size, i tested on 89 cm (openbox s6)
reciver founded channels, but in displey no signal.
the same problem are with 31E
11914 H 27500-5/6 DVB-S2 stream 2

TBS 6925 PCI-E satellite card in a suitable PC will lock it.
