Vu uno Remote control help please!!!

Hi everybody!!!
I have a vu uno.I have updated fpga(bootloader)to latest ,all ok BUT...
remote control works "only" with the old original vu uno image 5.9.
All the other images and new ones like blackhole vti etc.. not work with remote control..
I tried to reprogram with 2+7,help,0002 but nothing(i cant reprogram the remote)
It is strange that works with old 5.9 and not with others:(
Can you help me?

do you have a original or clone?

i have seen this problems with clone boxes
its the drivers in newer images i think that stop the remote working

try an fpga download again from plugins i have not heard of Vu+Uno clone only solo and duo

is the remote not operating the box or just the tv,do you know anyone with the same receiver so you could try there remote,i can remember when i tried to programe my remote to operate my tv and something went wrong with it and it would not operate the box at all but i found a reset on google and after i entered the reset code the remote was fine.

i will see if i can find it again and post the how to for you

So..
The remote dont operate the box.I didnt try ever to use it to the tv.
BUT...
mey friend sent me now other remote(diferent)but for vu.It has red light says tv and the right button stb,, this works!!!
BUT mine ,that i baught with my vu uno together, hasnt that buttons.
Mine has on the left-mute and on the right-on/of(like the duo
Ok, someone will say that i receive wrong remote that is for duo, But why it plays-works with 5.9 orig image and with others not???
I dont understand.It is very strainge.
Also i can not reprogram my remote

try this, hope it can help you out,its from user manual,this is how i reset my remote it was stuck in tv mode after doing this in number 5. it was ok afterwards.

5. Reset of TV Set-up
In case you want to reset the configured TV set-up of your RCU,
Press Sequence: <<1 + 6****, <9>, <9>, <6>
1. Press 1and 6 for three seconds until LED is on.
2. Press <9>, <9>, <6>.
3. This will reverse the RCU into no configuration state.
6. System Code Change.
You can change the system code of your Vu+ universal RCU according to the Vu+ model that you want to
control. The default system code is Mode 2.
Mode 1 : SOLO / DUO
Mode 2 : UNO
Mode 3 & 4 : reserved for future models.
Press <<2 + 7****, <HELP>, <0001 or 0002 or 0003 or 0004>
1. Press 2 and 7 for three seconds until LED is on.
2. Press HELP
3. Press <0001 or 0002 or 0003 or 0004>

I have 1st
but if it is for duo,why it plays in 5,9 (old)original image for vu uno and not with others?
Can i reprogram my remote with other way?Or i have to change with the second remote?
Also i have to say THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!!!!!!!!

i know you can programe the second remote to work with solo/duo but i am not too sure if it can be done with first remote,try it and see,if not order a new remote and whilst your waitng use your webinterface to change chanels etc!

Only the second remote is a Universal remote which works with Uno and Ultimo.

The first remote is a Duo/Solo one and can not be programmed.

Ok, it cant be reprogramed by itself BUT..
you can use duo's remote with uno receiver with remotecontrolcode plugin(Blackhole pli vix images..)It works perfect like the reprogram!!!!
