i would say they [ Vivacom ] are just more than happy to loose a ton of potential customers and money
and just keep this package on the narrow beam they obviously care less about making money that much is obvious .
pretty much a very shady company unlikely they intend to be sticking around long term since they only really want a minority customer base .

I think the package will cover the Balkan countries only ..

This is coverage of the Balkan countries that is broadcast on the Hot Bird satellite, which is difficult to capture in many European countries as well as Arab countries with the exception of eastern Libya.

This will be the final coating. The signal over the Balkan Peninsula is very strong. The beam is not intended for the UK and parts of Northern Europe

Why have we lost Diema Sports on 1.9 East and 39 East, surely that is not Vivacom ?

I know its still on 45 east but I know that won't last much longer.

45 East will be permanently stopped at the end of 2024

Neosat broadcasts the Nova Broadcasting Group's channels unregulated and therefore the signal was stopped. It is not known, for the moment, whether the 1.9E diema sport signal will return at all. At the moment these channels can be viewed from Vivacom transponders on 13E and 45Е
The Vivacom signal from 45E will stop at the end of this year

There is also a strong signal in eastern Libya...but the Dima Sport and Max Sport channels on the Hot Bird satellite are now encrypted.

Signal Beam for Vivacom on 13E does not cover UK/IRE .
So it can be no surprise you have 0% signal
i too in Ireland have 0% signal even on my 2 meter Prime Focus Dish .
As above poster mentions he has fine signal in Germany
Therefor IF You wish to find a signal you would need to Re-locate to Germany
