Yes, I think it is related to either the make and source of the receiver or the codes used to activate the SP and VIP packages.
I am not using the receiver behind a VPN, the IP going out from the receiver will be that of a UK located IP.

I am currently getting the bein pictures from 8.0W but the channel needs to be scanned in as though you are on 7.0W.
Procedure is listed below:

1. Select 7.0W (Nilesat) as the satellite in your receiver.
2. Move and peak your dish onto 8.0W.
3. Manually scan in the bein frequencies using the 8.0W frequency parameters.
4. Enjoy...

This was the procedure advised to me by the VIP provider.

I have not yet tested the bein's from true 7.0W or 25.8E and 25.5E, they are on the to do list.
However, subject to signal reception I was advised by the VIP provider that they should be OK.

The box has to be tricked into thinking it is viewing 7w and not 8w.

I can confirm that it is possible to add the VIP package to a UK located Forever 4K receiver. I renewed the Forever Server 1.40 today and got the VIP package included
Also confirmed, the bein sports channels that I have tested are working OK from a UK location.

What size dish are you using to get Bein 7W(8W) from UK ?

I do not use USALS or DiSEqC. I use 36V motors with positioners.

I am only using a small dish (1.25m), all bein's from 7W and 8W are locking.

No lock on my 1m. Can see the signal but no lock. Just that bit too small.

I guess it's because it doesn't have any transponders listed for 8w, but a blindscan should fix that (well I can scan them in as 8w but doesn't mean they would open I guess).

The viark shows me 90% signal / 60% quality on the bein channels on 7w with my 1.2m (66% on same transponders showing on Ultimo4K).

On 8w I get 91% signal / 58% quality except on 12604 H where it doesn't get any signal (on the viark), but my Ultimo4K shows 49% signal on that transponder and 56 - 59% on the other transponders

So maybe tweak the dish alignment slightly and you might get a lock then.

I don't seem to be getting any of the H's at all. The TP with no lock was the vertical.

Not sure where you are but if you’re getting 60% on a 1.2 then that probably explains when I can’t lock on.

60% is the signal level on E2 box, on the viark it's showing 90%

These values are a nonsense. 60%... 90%....
If you want real values you must use meters. Also cheap meters are better than receivers.
