hi chaps im using a samsat 6200 4k i updated to im 140 sp 1 and renewed the sub and sly uk and de seem ok....has any-one tried a funcam box with sp 1 yet ? ive just updated an old box to funcam 135 there is an option to get sp 1 but in the past funcam always had less chs/packages than forever... not sure whether to pay the xtra for sp 1 or not.... ps i havent been away just banned from the other forums for helping people out ! lol

not at all i can pick up the signals on 7.w and 8.w with a 1.85m dish
You don’t get the full package on Nile.
It’s Badr only.
You think they’d introduce it for Europe though as the canaries etc could get it on a reasonable sized dish.
And only 100-120 cm in the south of Spain and Portugal (below Madrid and Lisbon)
Here in South Spain you can catch all MENA beams with 1m dish or less
Which is why I am shocked it hasn’t been made available for mainland Europe.

I agree that the take up of SP1, SP2 or VIP will have to be in decent numbers for this to last.
Well if they charge a separate code Just for De and UK, they better deliver a stable service, otherwise why would people bother with SP1 ?

What size dish are you using to get Bein on Nilesat?Also confirmed, the bein sports channels that I have tested are working OK from a UK location.
I am currently getting the bein pictures from 8.0W but the channel needs to be scanned in as though you are on 7.0W.
Procedure is listed below:
1. Select 7.0W (Nilesat) as the satellite in your receiver.
2. Move and peak your dish onto 8.0W.
3. Manually scan in the bein frequencies using the 8.0W frequency parameters.
4. Enjoy...
This was the procedure advised to me by the VIP provider.
I have not yet tested the bein's from true 7.0W or 25.8E and 25.5E, they are on the to do list.
However, subject to signal reception I was advised by the VIP provider that they should be OK.

I think I have VIP, too, with Geant OTT 750.
But I do not get SKY De or UK. Do you?
Just tested DE, the pictures are clearing OK,
So, confirmed that the VIP package with the bein's and Sp2 with DE are both working on a Geant OTT 750 4K Allure at a UK location.
I do not think it is related to IP address.
More logical is what device you have or what code did you get
