Saying that its been Menu- settings-STB-About STB as long as i can remember . I'm staring at it now.

Yeah its very strange here you go from mine serial number scrubbed for obvious reasons.

Can not imagine why yours would be different.

It runs from when your package expires.

Google SP1 Spain and sort yourself a sub out.

@Ferret no my Service is very Bad it constantly hangs out with Devolo magic2 wifi 6 and without it too.Would a Wifi cablel be better than the wifi stick in the viark sat 4k?

Can you hard wire the sat 4k to the router with a direct cable to make sure your internet is ok. A number of people are using 5g homebroadband where you get the signal from the mast instead of over the wires and its simply just not as good and can cause hold ups.

The Picture freezes for minutes seconds when the channel is encrypted. Could this also be due to the viark forever server?

If it was the viark forever server then it would affect everyone. There are no posts currently on here to say there are any issues. Do not discount that you have internet issues. I have had a 600mb 5g connection and it would just randomly stop. You have not said if you are using 5g internet or wired, is the internet shared with other people and how far away is the internet connection. Have you tried creating a hotspot on a phone and connecting the box to that to see if it improves.
