Hello I update my 'Viark box now I can't load my own channel list back on? how do I do that?

If you backed it up prior to latest update as you always should then follow info below.
Menu
Net&Games
USB
Select your list it's in .sdx format
Press OK
Message appears
"Do You Want to update Software/Database" Select
Yes & OK Button

If you haven't back up a list then it's gone forever and you need to load someone else's list.

Did usual flash procedure
Backup channel list
Factory Reset
USB Flash latest Firmware
Factory reset
Install the backed up channel list

When trying the new catch up feature that has been introduced, every catch up event on all sats reboots the stb for me.

Select channels with the catch up sign
Press play button
I can see the backed up days and events
Select event
Press ok to play
Screen appears to load the event
Then reboots stb.

you need to press play before selecting channel you are interested in

19e and 13 e are good candidate not 28e

Lack of epg on 28e will prevent catch up, as stated by @Ferret 13e 19.2e are good as is 16e and 23.5e.

Yes it is slower to react on Feeds not as strong or accurate as it was with PT 1.21
NOTICEABLE Change with PT 1.22 i agree .

On my channel list, since yesterday I've been noticing strange arrows, not on all satellites and channels! Do you have similar things and if you do, what is the reason for them?

Since last update on my VIARK SAT not VIARK 4K model.
SP2 virtually unwatchable, vod ok.
New catchup feature puts stb into reboot.
