Have you checked your internet connection? Might be a coincidence but not accessing the server and unable to download the online update could be an internet issue?

Most android boxes have access to youtube. Maybe they could try and play some videos on there to test their net connection.
The newest update is on the receiver, it's "GN-OTT 750 4K EVO ALLURE_V3.6.1_16072024"
I saved it to USB & loaded it earlier, it's working okay, I can't test the forever channels as I don't have a forever sub on the box.
thanks the allure is a slightly different box. looks like latest update has changed server. does usb have to be fat32 as its not working for me. it is showing up on box ok in usb section. internet wire is all ok says ethernet connected when i take out and put back in. download failed message. there is an option to save to usb with green button but that doesn't seem to do anything.
sorry barney only reason i did that is because there was no section. only for allure.

Strange issue in my Viark Sat 4K PT1.20. The box regularly find biss keys but it does not add them to the biss menu.
For example, yesterday I wanted to get a signal at 7E, the box found the key, it worked, but entering in the biss menu it is empty. No keys there.
I tried to upload the softcam.key file from the box to a USB stick and the file contains the new key.
So, all seems ok but no keys in the table under Key menu. Why? What must I check? Thanks.

Delete all the keys clear the lot then try again with auto biss.

Yes the keys was totally cleared. The menu is empty now, no keys in it.
The box finds the keys but I do not see them in the menu, instead they are added to the softcam.key file..... very very strange.

Make sure you when in key menu, you are actually in the biss key section, when I went to key menu I didn't see the biss keys, I had to scroll across the menu, it has powervu keys etc there as well.
I was actually in key menu but in Constant CW section, so I scrolled right past Tandberg past Powervu and back to Biss section and there were my keys.

I have an issue with my Viark DRS2 4K box. Every time when I want to create a favorite channels list or to edit the channels list my box don't work and appear me the following message: Grafitti isn't responding and give me two options to choose: Close app and Wait , then my box crash and restart. Also when sometimes happen to create a favorite channels list, the channels aren't into the selected order. How can I resolve this issue ?

The new channels "Canal+ Extra 1 2 3 4" are active on the 13E at frequency 11411 H 27500. But my Viark 4k can't find them. Can you try it too?

I read in another thread that they were testing those channels and then they disappeared.
