Good morning I have a problem with qviart combo. The remote control does not work as it should. For example, when I press once, it goes to the 11 key and so also to the various menus and submenus and the colored keys. I tried to change firmware but it is still the same. The test was made with a second decoder and a second remote control. Same defect. Is there anyone who can help me?
