TM5400 Premiere Portal Problems Help!

My TM5400Ci+ USB has just arrived and I have my first question.
Cant open any of the premiere 19 deg portals, sports – erotic or direct. The portal screen clears and when I press BOOKMARK I get the MULTIFEED channel list. I can use the CH+ and CH- keys to move up and down the list, but when I press OK key all that happens is the multifeed list goes. All normal premiere channels clear. Does the TM normally open portal channel, is this patch just not working. What the secret? Thank an advance.
I have Patch 1.18p (fed 29 2008). Also tried 1.16 and 1.17.

not sure if this will help,
my stb is 1500
but you will need to make sure the portal channels are all scanned in.

I have just purchased the same box, had it a week, picking up premier no probs at the moment...

well first you will need the download latest pacth darkman 2.51 i spose ur one is old and soft cam then you will able to wacht that channels plus multivisons on hotbird go to latest software for your make
