TM-5400 CI+ Digital satelite receiver NEW

hi all
just bought a tm-5400 ci for my mum and was wondering if a sky dish would work with if not what size of dish should i look for and type.i live in n.ireland and was wondering which would be the best sat to direct to for mainly english speaking channels.i will prob try to erect the dish myself so any help would be great and also the rec is new will i be able to patch with usb or will it have to be crossover or null.sorry for all the questions i am a bit of a noob,any help would be great thanks.

yes a sky dish will work mainly only for sky,size of dish would d pend on which sat u were thinking of,the 54 works equally good on a lead, or usb,.

thanks drahcirk for your help not interested in sky was hoping to get the likes of thr german premium channels for films and sport. was thinking of buying an 80cm dish would that pick up a lot of sats if i was to install a motor with it.cheers mate
