MGcamd for AZbox HD Full with GBox and CCcam Clients!!!

Working VERY well... Very good job, very cool, dear MGcamd writer!!!

Now, can we have Mbox added, too, please...???

Oh, Kanber_Kav, m8: can we have a nice mgcamd.info plugin with GBox and CCcamd details, please...

==============================

Try the file attached to this message...

This is what one can do:

-add the Via 2.6 keys to SoftCam.Key [already done by me, see a relevant thread with the file],
-add AutoRoll.Key [done that for ya!],
-edit the mgcamd_cfg
[G line to 41 = 01 Newcamd + 08 GBox + 32 CCcamd, which I did for myself but you can change it to...
32 for only CCcam Client or
33 for CCcam + Newcamd;
also, P line is to prioritise them differently - 02 = it searches first in CCcam protocol...]

Moreover, one can use priority and ignore lists to further improve the performance of MGcamd, according to your needs/setup/CS network, depending on which cards are closer and better for you...

Then, one must:

-rename peer.cfg.example and cccamd.list.example to
peer.cfg and cccamd.list by right clicking on it -> Rename -> delete the surplus, then hit Enter on one's keyboard,
-edit peer.cfg and cccamd.list as below, then "Save" them...

peer.cfg:

M: { my.dyndns.something { mypass}}
#
D: { peer’sserver.dyndns.something { myport hisport { hispass { A3 A3 }}}}
D: { peer’sserver.dyndns.something { myport hisport { hispass { A3 A3 }}}}
cccamd.list:

C: peer.DynDNS.something port username password
Now, send them to mgcamd folder in your AZbox HD via FTP.

Give CHMOD -> 755 to mgcamd and AutoRoll.Key.

This is just to be a client.

If you do not know how to do some of these basic functions, see my "Alternative Guide" for much more detail...

=====================

If you have an original card and you want to combine MGcamd with NewCS card reader/server you will have to edit it some more...

See my "Alternative Guide..." for more detailed info...

=====================

To see the mgcamd info ON-SCREEN [on your TV] by pressing the **** button on your Remote Control Unit [RCU], open openxcas.conf in AZbox HD MGcamd folderand edit it like this:

[module]
name = mgcamd
daemon = mgcamd
version = 1.35a
# argument = -a 3
INFO = /tmp/ecm.info
REFRESH = 2
Save it, restart and then try...

Ta to crazy2!

To see the MultiCAS info ON-SCREEN [on your TV], by pressing the "> >" button on your Remote Control Unit [RCU], in a new, small window, open your openxcas.conf and edit it like this:

For CCcam server info:

[module]
name = MultiCAS
daemon = emu_module
version = 1.62
INFO = /tmp/ccc_server
REFRESH = 5

If you would like to see the CCcam ecm info put:

[module]
name = MultiCAS
daemon = emu_module
version = 1.62
INFO = /tmp/ccc_ecm.info
REFRESH = 2

For card list put:

[module]
name = MultiCAS
daemon = emu_module
version = 1.62
INFO = /tmp/ccc_card_list.info
REFRESH = 2

For server list put:

[module]
name = MultiCAS
daemon = emu_module
version = 1.62
INFO = /tmp/ccc_serverstatus.info
REFRESH = 2

For card reader smartcard info:

[module]
name = MultiCAS
daemon = emu_module
version = 1.62
INFO = /tmp/card_slot.info
REFRESH = 3

Whatever value one puts after ********* will make the screen refresh every X amount of seconds you specify.
Save it and restart.

Thanx to HighHD, sattommy and valerica! :thum:

New link to DL FW into AZbox HD!!

Code:
http://fw.azupd.com/
-> if you wan to DL and install it straight into your AZbox HD, then connect with it using your freebie FileZilla Client and go to DISK2 -> patch_URL and edit it using, for instance, Notepad++, then save and try now...

You will see even the latest "beta-beta" FW, like, for instance:

Code:
2010.01.18
 [URL="http://fw.azupd.com/azbox-0.9.4295-patch.bin"]azbox-0.9.4295-patch.bin[/URL]
 46 MB
 e383e0fe5b899b898e93f55bc9b3fb2f

 fixed time seek |
 fixed numeric buttons ff |
 added usals message |
 fixed vob files |
 better movie subtitles timings

It's a bug in the SW that make it appear as ****! The buttons must represented by separating the two signs =

> > which gives the ECM and similar CS data, which is above >|| button and next to
and > > | which gives you a possibility to change the EMU/CS SW "on the fly" and that one is the last one in the row, just above USB button!:thum:

For instance, CAPS/NUM and DEL/BACK buttons give you a list of "last viewed channels" to go back to, quickly and easily... ;)

Playing stuff from your PC [Windows XP] on your AZbox HD:

I simply went to the main folders or even whole partitions, right click on them -> Sharing and Security, then gave the rights, allowed them to be shared, plus also went to Customise and apply the template to all subfolders -> Apply and OK.

Then - just in case - I went a bit "lower" and repeated the whole thing to the Music, Video and Photo folders, one by one, and - lo&behold - NTFS or not, firewall or not, who cares - all the movies are playable!!!
How do i find the movies on the azbox?

Well, if you don't like searching in your AZbox HD Movies menu, maybe if you read a bit more carefully... like post no. 13:

AZbox HD remote: HOME -> Movies -> .. -> Network -> find your Home Network, then your PC, then the partition/folder where your films are stored and choose...

A plugin to get keys for MGcamd, MultiCAS and CCcam: TechSat_AZK!!!

The version 2 is the one to get! This is how...

Home -> Plugins -> RED BUTTON [add plug-in] -> edit the second link [as described above] to

Code:
http://techsat.info/AZPlugins
When it's done press OK when you are on that link, to see what is available on that support server, then install TechSat_AZK plugin by pressing the OK button, when over it.

Restart AZbox HD when it is done and go to Plugins, then... ;)

Good luck! :thum:

Update (just before the alleged Enigma2 4 Sigma [shhhhhhhhhhhhhh files and all that, heheeeee:D])!!!! ;)

A .pdf file!!! You need an Acrobat Reader, for instance, to read it.... It's free!:cool:

You now have the Bookmarks tab added to the file: click on the second icon from the top, on the left vertical side of the screen! It takes you quickly to where you wanna go! It's all carefully done as if you are doing it the first time, old stuff is out, new stuff is in...:thum:

Enjoy... :)
