I have a technomate 5402 and use it to watch Astra 19.2 E German channels. It had a brilliant 7 day epg by day in column format. The other day it ended up with no information on the epg. I had to do a factory reset. Now I cannot find certain channels and the epg seems to just do now and next but only with the times on the top rather than days. I can’t read of it now. So I can’t mark programs for recording overnight or during day when I am not there. I am partially sighted and not very technically minded. Sadly nobody can help so far. Can anybody from the forum help with step by step guidance please??

the right way is to use the ''Like'' option instead of a post with a ''thank you'' which will be deleted
Wouldn’t have been a problem but had eye removed due to cancer and wasn’t allowed computer work. So instead of barking unknowingly, it could have been said a different way.
I wasn't barking, just hoping to nudge you into remembering to thank him. As Warp said hit the like button.
