SoftCam.Key and CCcam.cfg

hi all, newbie question...

i have c-line in my CCcam.cfg.
the server temporary down, so i want to use local SoftCam.Key .

do i need to change something in the CCcam.cfg ? any essential changes..?

how should CCcam.cfg looks now ?
