When I leave Sky DE bouquet to go to another bouquet, on the same tuner, the channels are grey. Is this normal or have I missed setting something up?

Because you did not end streaming correctly, real channels will be grayed out (unavailable)

Real channels are grayed but when clicked on still work and then become normal.
How am I supposed to end watching a streamrelay channel?
