i too am looking for an updated url2 after having to re-flash 13971 image. i was unaware that the url2 http://novi-sat.com/panel/DGS/ no longer works.
i need to install mgcamd 1.35 not sure if it can be done manually as i dont know where to get the correct file or what the process is to install

No link I provided http://addon.pkteam.pl/sifteam_DGS/ only works with the green/red/zero button after you have edited url2 in /var/etc/sifteam/tmp. It doesn't work as a browser link! But it 100% works on my system... It may be you have missed the underscore character between sifteam and DGS..

you are right i thought it was a link but i have inserted the address in url2 and have now got mgcamd 1.35 installed but im struggling to get it to connect.
i have copied over my previous mg_cfg file and inserted my new newcamd.list with the server details but nothing.
i may have to ask my provider to edit the mg_cfg to get it to work as i have had to do previously
