Has anyone got full technical details about the seca beef patch (as in Goldbox etc) or know where I get them?

It is not much but only place I found it mentioned is here:

Dynamit's goldbox forum would probably be a good place to get info but it is down atm. I haven't visited there in a while but for last few days I tried and I get database error.

Yes, Dynamit's was the first place I looked but as you say it is down ATM
