Recording problem

Hello everyone!

I usually dont have any problems with the awsome Newnigma2 Images, but now I got one that I cant resolve.

When I try to instant record I always get this message:

"In order to record a timer, the tv was switch to the recording service" and in the Timer meny it says "Waiting" and never records anything.

No recording options works! Tried everything with no luck.

This worked fine before.
The DB is correct mounted to a hdd thrue lan and playback from previous recordings works fine.

Please help me out!

I have now reflashed with latest Newnigma2 (3.1.1) Image and still have same problem... ?
No configuration backup, everything was installed from scratch.

Hi again!

Can still not record to mount with 500HD...

I have flashed and updated latest newnigma2

Am I the only one with this problem?

Is this a problem with Image, drivers or what?

Have you tried , re-formatting the hard drive in a p.c .Then initialize it , within the dreambox menu after ...

That is not the problem.

The drive is in a laptop.
DM500HD is mounted to this location.

I can play previous recordings from this location.
I can also record from Webradio to this location

The mount is working, the path for recording is correct but still I get: "In order to record a timer, the tv was switch to the recording service"

It was only that for some reason the write permission to this folder was deactivated in share option.

Thats all...

Shit how easy things can be if one just knew!

IM HAVING PROB. WITH IMAGE GEMINIA,. WHEN I USE THE TIMER THE DM500 HD STOP AND REPOT. BUT WHEN I USE THE SHIFT BUTTON ITS REC. AND I LOST THERE WAS REC ON HDD. DO YOU THINK I NEED TO FLASH A NEW IMAGE
