Also, if you are in the UK and it is raining fairly hard, then the signals could be affected by that. It could also be that your dish/lnb is slightlyAll of a sudden I can’t receive any channel on Astra 23.5E
Are any changes with the footprint??

The problem at the time of my post was related to the satellite transfer between 3B to 3C which actually massively improved my reception of HBO/Cinemax channels at 14db atm since they ended up on the Eastern Spot later in October of last year. Unfortunately, my reception of Western Spot frequencies on the new 3C satellite is very minimal at 9-10db which is not stable in case of rain. I was hoping they would adjust the power levels on the western spot but so far nothing has improved.I would be quite surprised if the entire footprint of the satellite has changed. It’s possible that your dish has shifted. Could you check other satellites to see if there’s any difference in signal strength?
That's quite normal. They left Spain partly and Portugal completely out of the beam, who knows why..Here in Spain the signal of the 3C East Beam is very weak.. I cannot lock with my 100 cm dish, for example, this frequency 11914 H 30000 (RTS Sat)...
One would think they should minimize reception of the Eastern Spot channels specially in the UK rather than Spain considering that CZ offering of F1/PL events is very cheap and easy to acquire as opposed to what Sly is selling! That's quite normal. Said frequency is being received with very strong signal here in Istanbul (T90 dish)

They don't care about it.They didn't consider that exists a great number of CZ/SK/RS citizens, living in Spain, that cannot buy they offers and cannot watch their own TV stations because they need at least 120 cm dish for a minimum of signal... it doesn't make any logical sense...
Sensible answerThey don't care about it.
All subscriptions (excluded some rare exceptions) can only be used inside the own country (because movies and sports rights are paid and intended only on the national territory).
So technically and legally shouldn't be any subscription taken outside the country and so no need to care about who lives in another country.
This is a valid point, however, you shouldn't forget the EU Roaming laws which makes accessing purchased digital content legally viable within the EU.They don't care about it.

True, but consider internet services have very low basic cost than satellite ones. This is a valid point, however, you shouldn't forget the EU Roaming laws which makes accessing purchased digital content legally viable within the EU.
In this case CZ/SK providers could argue they offer the EU Roaming via their VOD services since there's no specific requirement to offer the roaming via Sat necessarily and it is up to the operator considering the costs.
