Hi guys, whenever I try to use Prometheus IPTV on my Qviart Combo I get a message with "Server Error" written on it. Could my serial number be expired? I'll provide it if needed, please let me know, thanks in advance!

I put the serial number 130826025039 if anyone can help , either here or answering private . Le fundamental issue is that the iks works again normally.
