Hi all, sorry for my little English,
I have a problem PRS too.
My qviart combo info is:
Model ID: QVIART COMBO
S/W Ver: V1.12
S/N: 140621007568
MAC: FC:4B:BC:07:F8:5B

Is a COMBO with 2 USB on back, without frontal USB.

I hope u find a solution for all.

I have got a same problem with my deco. All chanels are unvisible, letter s on end. How to fix that problem? Thanks

Solucionado cambiando el firm del 1.12 al 1.18

Fixed by changing the firm from 1.12 to 1.18

Hi verybody. I have an Undro, the old one, which went down since like two months ago. It didn't give me any output like "basic package was expired", nothing. I have tried all the firmwares and prometheus imaginable to no avail. The s/n is: 140529011062. Can you please help me with that?. Thank you in advance.

hola soy nuevo y mi qviart unic le tengo caducado con el nº de serie 130826019742 donde tengo q entrar para poner el nº de serie haber si prometheus me le activa
