Problem With Manuel Update Image

Hi,

I have problem to update image with my new coolstream HD1.
I copy the new image in /tmp with ftp (fileZilla) and after I select menu, Service , software Update but it’s impossible to select the new image in /tmp because the /tmp is empty.
I see the image.img on /tmp in In fileZilla.

My question is : Where’s the problem ?

try renaming the file to save.img
