A game being billed by Alex Ferguson as the biggest derby of his tenure, it's a clash of the top two, and for once, City are the team on top. Both sides, along with for some reason Newcastle are yet to be beaten, so picking up a win here could deliver a psychological blow to the opponents. For United, it would mean regaining top spot, for City it would mean breathing room, going five points clear.
In injury news, both Rafael and Cleverley could be fit to face Mancini's side, and after his midweek rest, Rio Ferdinand will be looking to reclaim his place.
Both teams will be looking to claim a victory here, but in all honesty, a draw would hardly be the worst result. Of course it's a missed opportunity to go top, but there are plenty of chances left in the season, and it's unlikely both teams will finish the season without defeats.
