ZDF Mediathek v1.4 with MiniTV

MiniTV Skin can be selected in Blue or Black.
After change and save with green button Mediathek must be left and restart Gui, so that the change is effective. (This is only with VTI Images, with openATV it is enough to leave Mediathek.

New in menu, Subtitle Doanloaden, Cover Downloaden, Last playposion save.

Installation:
enigma2-plugin-extensions-zdfmediathek_v1.4-plus-minitv_all.ipk to tmp and copy with telnet (copy and paste):

opkg install --force-overwrite /tmp/*.ipk && reboot
