OK that's correct but I mean it works also with Powercam_NCam and Ncam 13.1 r1 the important is the source of "data" not a particular config, people who have blank screen is depending by [server] .... and radegast protocol by my though is needed. This is Ncam log

Redegast is no needed with the patch v2 and v3

Even if you do not remove it, oscam ignore it at start.

At photo above, I let the redegast in config, and oscam ignore it, than I remove it, and stream relay is working ok.

Is that oscam with the v3 patch?

when you start oscam via telnet, if it detects redegast in config, it sayed that will ignore it.

also with v3 patch, oscam show ecm in info bar, because it is commits by dvbapi.

Maybe your oscam is not update with the last patch
