No, card only works in official box or common interface module (hardware paired).
With oscam you can only read card details (serial, tiers expiration..)

OK, but why in oscam web interface have a section for NDS?

Because oscam can handle some parameters to manage the nds card.
Boxid was essential for cards when were "software paired", while ins7E, for example, is a starting point in the new pairing system (hardware).
But at moment they are still the first steps of the new system. Nothing more
