newcs port and cs

I've got a question, the listening port in the newcs.list, do i connect to it or do i connect to the newcs port given by the newcamd.xml( as client). and can i connect two coolstreams to the same port. coolstream 1 to coolstream 2 on port 10001 and coolstream 2 to coolstream 1 on port 10001. (this works for me on 1 client.)
And how many cw = lines can i put in my newcs.list.
and can i change the ports if i want to. (the 1 in the newcamd.xml, connecting to internal card reader) and the one in the newcs.list (listening port).

forget i even asked, its just firewalling even for een experienced network specialist it is easy to make a mistake.
