New HD!!!

yesterday, I received my 500 HD , I tried many ways to get signal , I could not and the remote is not working well, I sent back to the supplier for maintenance. And I am waiting for it watch hd CHANNELS.

Today I have got the dreambox and now it is working but the remote control is not responding well

from my experience with the 8000 the box is unresponsive to the remote for 30 secs or so after turning on. might be the same with the 500 hd. after that it´s ok. seems like the box needs to "warm up" first. also, with dreamboxes you need to be accurate when pointing the remote at the box.
