* added ecm length to sid list ( SID LIST: SID:CHID:ECMLEN )
SID LIST: 0::92 # accept all ecm with length 0x92 (hex)
SID LIST: 2206::60 # accept only ecm with sid 2206 and length 0x60

* added option to disable/enable looking for latest dcw when receiving ecm request from clients (newcamd/mgcamd/cccam) that is used to check and filter wrong dcw
CCCAM CHECKDCW: NO # if you have servers connected to your cccam servers disable it
MGCAMD CHECKDCW: NO # if you have servers connected to your mgcamd servers disable it
NEWCAMD CHECKDCW: NO # if you have servers connected to your newcamd servers disable it
these options are enabled by default and used only if dcw check is enabled.
