Hi!

I want to play mkv files from local network another windows7 PC in the Coolstream HD-1. In yWeb I founded this option:

-CIFS-is the right mode?

-IP:the win7 PC local IP adress?

-Directory:the letter of the partition ( D: )?

-Local directory:the name of folder ( HD_Movies:)?

-Mac:the win7 pc network card MAC adress?

-Option1:any change?

-option2:any change?

-Automount: off vagy on?

-Username és password:if in the win7 sharing folder no user and password than hold it in empty?

Thank's: Tamage

You have "mount network volume" option in network settings in the menu btw.
You have to enable sharing on your windows for the folder you want to mount.
For example D:\cooli
Server ip is your pc ip.
directory/share would in this case be cooli
local dir for example /mnt/movies you should created it previously
mount on startup Yes
you leave mount options per default
username and password can be left empty
and you choose mount now.

"local dir for example /mnt/movies you should created it previously"

On your coolstream. It's just an example. You might actually already have that folder. Telnet to coolstream and do:
cd /mnt
ls
if you see movies folder listed then no need to create it.
if you don't then you create it with
mkdir movies.
Same goes for any other folder or path you want to use.

You should use menu, not yWeb and probably not a good idea to use a folder name with spaces like you did with HD FILM.

Use File Play option instead of TS Moviebrowser.
