mgcamd connecting to server when in standby and reseting every 10 min

I have a newcs server,

I also have 2 x dm800 and 2 x dm600 connected via mgcamd 1.35a

out of these 4 boxes only 1 box, a dm600 is giving me a headache (both dm600 run same image)

The box connects to my newcs server every 10 mins when in standby (other dreamboxs will not connect till powered on)

and every 10 mins it will re-connect... all the mgcamd config files are the same,

any ideas on why this is happening ?
