Matrix relaoded cas key at 00000

I have dan samthing wrong putting the new active keys in mine cam as result that now y dont have any numbers any more of my providers. If i open the nagravision provider al the numbers are in 0000 thats with al the providers . How can i program my matrix so i can put the new keys on again

hi m8,if you use cas2/3 to load bin.
try erase first.then load again ,
try different bin source if it still happens.
alternative load using remote control.
open CI menu.
open edit cas key.
go to encrypt type.
select top line .should show _ _ _.
input hex for ident xxx
then second XXX.
should ask "save"......select.
move to next provider.
