This coverage map is too optimistic for eastern Europe. At Tallinn the UK-beam's transponders are recognisable on spectrum analysing graphs, but signal is not strong enough to lock a transponder. This information is based on 2,7 meters prime focus dish. With 3 m pf-dish has been more luck, couple of strongest transponders lock and release pictures with very good weather condition, but only few hours a day.
Lets hope that 2F brings more power to Eastern Europe, but actual situation can be even worse than with 1N.
