Intelsat 21(58W) no audio

Hello everyone. I inform you that the intelsat 21 (58 west) channels, 3720 V 30000, are without audio. Possibly they changed the encoding to powervu +, or there is some other problem with them, I hope someone of you can verify this. Thanks in advance.
