incubus manager for enigma2 on flash

plugin to manage incubus on enigma2 flash version

- I have tested this plugin only with decoder IPBOX 900 and enigma2 flash 0.4.1 Tidelgo
- I cannot know if it works fine with other configurations.

   1. With ftp copy all file into flash (Easy!)
      - set permission:
      /var/etc/rcS_user.sh to 755
      /var/emu/incubusCamd to 755
      - set permission:
      /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/Hai to 755
      for folder Hai and all files *.sh and all files *.py*
   2. Reboot decoder
   3. press red button
