I AM NEWBIE , NEED HELP WITH SPIDERBOX 7000HD

HI

MY SPIDERBOX 7000HD IS A MESS RIGHT NOW. HAVE GOT TOO MANY DUPLICATED CHANNELS AT THE MOMENT.

ALSO THE CHANNELS KEEP DISAPPEARING EVERY 2 WEEKS.

NOT A VERY TECHINICAL PERSON CAN SOMEONE HELP ME OR GUIDE ME HOW DO I FIX IT( MEANING GET THE MISSING CHANNELS BACK AND ALSO DELETE THE USELESS ONES WHICH ARE NOT WORKING ANYMORE).

USED TO GET IT FIXED BY A SHOP BUT DON'T TRUST HIM, LAST TIME HE TOOK MONEY SAYING THAT NEEDED TO UPDATE THE SOFTWARE BUT HE HAS NOT UPDATED ANYTHING AS THE BOX SAYS LAST SOFTWARE UPDATE WAS IN 2010.

SO PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME!!

Hi, think i would probably do a factory restore & set it up again from scratch mate.

Use Spiderbox700 channel list from this forum save it on a usb stick put it in your Spiderbox. Open Menue,go to Usb press ok button on remote and follow the instruction.After you done a Factory Reset,this way you get a clean Channel list.

CHANNELS SCRAMBLE VERY FRQUENTLY

HI
I hope someone is able to help me.

While watching non free channels it constantly scrambles every 10 mintues and then either comes back by itself or if i go into network in accesories and refresh the ip address then it comes back instantly.

Can anyone suggest what i can do to get rid of this constant scramble issue as it gets very irriatating while you watchign something.
