How do I send a PM?

Before the site changed its layout, I was able to send PMs, but now I can't find the option whether I go to a person's profile or I go to the 'conversations' tab.
Do I need to go to a specific link to create new message threads, or am I missing some completely obvious option somewhere?

Top right at the side of your user name youll see a Icon that looks like an envelope.

Click on it and then click start new conversation.

I don't see an option to start a new conversation, it just says "There are no conversations to display.". (as shown in the image below)
I can't find anywhere to start a new conversation.
I have tried with different browsers, so I don't understand what the issue is

For me i just highlight over anyone's Avatar then Click Start Conversation and click ok
and that is about all there is to it , i do'nt understand how you are having issue with that its much easier than ever it was to be fair : )

You should have the start new conversation option now. Please try it.

It's still the same, sadly.
Would there happen to be a setting somewhere that I have to change?

You cant start new conversation with yourself as you have demonstrated in your pictures : )

It's not what I've been demonstrating in the pictures I attached.
I demonstrated that what is working for you guys isn't working for me, I could send PMs before the site changed its layout just fine.
I just want to find a solution, especially since other people could be experiencing this issue too.

perhaps its an ad blocker or firewall preventing it ??
HAVE You tried disable ad blocker and make exception on your firewall ?

That's what I'm thinking actually, some third-party interference, I'll try going through my add-ons

you need to make an intro post ,
then make some more non spam posts
since this is only your very 1st post it is no shock that pm msg is not yet enabled
it really should only be for members with 50+ posts IMHO

You want to request feeds via pm?
That's not the way it's done on here.
