Help with satback reception

I have surprised myself by setting up an icecrypt S1600 CHD and getting the BBC channels but cannot get any of the commercial channels ITV, 4 or 5. Is it because I have not updated the firmware or is there a fix?

What dish and lnb setup have you got the box connected to and have you matched the LNB type in the receiver settings ?

Big dish, 1.4 m or so, pointed at Intelsat 907 ( I know it's 901 now!), I haven't found a menu for matching lnb to receiver. Same dish (dual lnb) is supplying all channels to another icecrypt receiver next door so physical connections are all ok. Can't understand why I get all BBC channels but no commercial ones?

Strange but you need to configure that box for the lnb.
