I've got an Ipbox 900 that i'm trying to upgrade the image on. I've read loads of info on the forums, this and others but i'm struggling. I've read on here that to flash via the usb stick that the image needs to be quite small 30 odd mb if i remember correctly. I have flashed the Vodka 011 image which is 27mb no problem at all and i have flashed several others of similar size no problem. For various reasons i want to put a different image on the box and i haven't managed yet. The image i want to put on my box is this one in the below link.

The file packed is over 40mb and unpacked a lot bigger again. I've tried renaming the packed pile and unpacked folder to usb_update.img but i get ER10. I even got an old laptop with a serial port to try and flash it with PCEditor but it wouldn't work. I've read now that the 900 can only be flashed via usb stick. If that's true how do i go about putting the image in my link on my box?
Any help with this would be appreciated because it's doing my head in!
