2 months ago i had a new abonnement on my receiver so i can watch chanals on astra 23.5 and hotbird 13e that are scrambled.
The power switched off and when i started my receiver again he blocked so i put it back on fabricfactory and it worked again, but the i can't watch the payed channels anymore, how can get those setting back from the abonemment?
Also my daughter pressed on the remote control and hotbird didn't receive any signal anymore but astra did, i removed hotbird and tried to installate it again and after a lot it worked, i got signal but it doesn't find any chanals.
Please help me...
