help on ipbox910

:mecry:ihave ipbox910 but i have aproblem in this box which (ERR80) and the box still doesn,t working . but if i have remove hdmi cable then switch the box on the box works normaly then i have reinstall the hdmi cable and the box works normally so what ican do .

It happens to me, removing the hdmi cable and the antenna cable, now starts.
