An Algerian-based TV format producer claims a world’s first in creating an animated 3D games show.
The format will be unveiled at the upcoming MIPtv programming market in Cannes, and creator Gherbi Hacene says it will open up new ways for the TV industry to interact with viewers. “It will allow people around the world to play their favourite games on TV shows, and [because of the 3D] get them into new feelings and new sensations combining classical quiz games with great themes such as most popular sports.”
Hacene says his technique allows the combination of classic quiz-show techniques to be used with popular sports like soccer, American football, baseball, golf and tennis.
